So this has been awhile now. How well did the carpet padding work? I am planning on refinishing my kitchen chairs and I have a ton of left over carpet padding, but i don’t know how comfortable they will be to sit on after time passed.

Hi Sarah, the kilz was over wood subfloor and the kilz completely eliminated the odor 🙂

Hi Martina, So far it has held up really well. The grimslov will hold up better in the long term, because it has a glossier more durable finish. But I like the flat white look and so I think the Axstad is still great 🙂 Remember that the Grimslov is an off white, and the Axstad is a true white. Hope this helps!

Hi Denine, we used SW Site White on the walls and SW Extra White on the trim. I think it depends on what look you are going for. My mom did a warmer white on the walls to help the kitchen look less stark and modern. I really like that look too!

Hi Marie, I took the Axstad cabinet to HD and they color matched it for me. Sorry, I don’t have a specific name to share! But the match turned out great!
