Do you have any recommendations on how to do this? Thanks so much!

I just made it and it’s GORGEOUS. Everyone rushed through dinner so they could have the pie. Unfortunately the top was perfect but the bottom was doughy and the inside was super runny. Regardless, the taste was out of this world. I just want to figure out what I did wrong? I used a convection oven…not sure if that was the issue or I just didn’t leave it in long enough. Everyone enjoyed it and my fiancé who LOVES only apple pie said it was one of the best tasting he’s had.

I follow it exactly & it’s always fabulous. I appreciate you posting it, thank you so much. It always gets rave reviews whenever I make it.

Are you tossing the apples in the mixed ingredients or just pouring ingredients over the apples that are in the pie pan?
