In honor of all the Greek key love as of late, I did a little roundup of my favorite Greek key DIY’s. Since finishing up my own little Greek key clock, I’ve had the design on mind. I think it is such a classic design. It has clean lines, but speaks elegance and classiness. Hope you enjoy this inspiration and maybe DIY a little Greek key of your own 😉
DIY Greek Key Pillows
Sarah from Sarah M. Dorsey Designs DIYed these gorgeous Greek key pillow covers, and graciously provided a tutorial so we all could have equally as awesome pillows 😉 She uses ribbon and adhesive to make the covers, easy but effective!
DIY Greek Key Console
Stephanie from Simply Swider crafted this gorgeous TV console…. seriously, can you make me one too?? 😉 Next time I need a TV console, I will definitely be looking this up. If you click over, she explains exactly how to make it yourself and even adds in a few helpful painting tips!
DIY Greek Key Floor Trim
I was unable to find a source for this picture, but think about how simple of a project this is, and my what lovely results. With just black paint and a stencil you could create a whole new hallway! I especially like this idea if you already have painted floors and need to add interest and detail. This is a really classy way of achieving that.
DIY Greek Key Lighting
This fabulous DIY light fixture from The Aestate, totally classes up this hallway. She made it using fabric, embroidery hoops, and Greek key trim from O’verlays. It looks so professional, you would never guess it was a DIY! And I can think of a lot of other cool uses for those overlays….
DIY Greek Key Curtains
Seen at View Along the Way, Kelly creates these classy and timeless curtains. They go great with her love for Hollywood Regency, and I am in love with the natural shades with white curtains pairing!
