Lately I’ve been loving gold leafing! (This probably has to do with a project that I’m very excited to share with you soon…. ;)) Gold leaf adds such a fun and sparkly, yet rustic look to where ever you apply it. Here are some fun fall gold leaf projects I found.
Grace over at Stripes and Sequins made these gorgeous gold leaf pumpkins. I think I’m in love… What a fun way to add a little sparkle and class to your fall decor! Pop over to her blog to see the tutorial.
Sarah from the Ugly Duckling House created this beautiful map from gold leaf. I think this would be such a cool piece for a home office! Read all about it here.
These beauties were created by Kristin from the Hunted Interior. I just love the rustic aspect. What a neat way to add sparkle to your garden 🙂 See how she did it here.
Here’s a fun phone case makeover. Spice up your device by adding some gold leafing. The folks at Oh Happy Day provide a tutorial here.
And finally, my very own, DIY gold leaf bird art! Click over for a fun tutorial and to read more about it 🙂
Soon, I’ll be sharing with you my gold leaf projects… can’t wait! 😉 And lastly I would like to thank Nancy from Daffodils at Home for nominating me for the Liebster Award (blogger to blogger award designed to encourage new or small blogs). While I must decline because of the stipulations of accepting, I feel very honored to be chosen by her. Go check out her blog, she has lots of neat DIYs!
